Chorus belongs to ZoomInfo and is cross-sold with the entire GTM package. Luminote is standalone: no bundles, no ZoomInfo, no US enterprise sales.
Chorus is a good product, but after its acquisition by ZoomInfo (2021), it became part of the GTM bundle. Price: unclear, aggressive cross-selling, focus on US enterprise. Luminote: standalone, transparent pricing, bottom-up.

LuminoteNo beating around the bush.
Luminote is an AI sales assistant built in Poland by LUMINOTE P.S.A. (Kraków) and hosted in the EU (Frankfurt/Warsaw). It came out of a simple observation: a sales rep spends more time filling in the CRM than talking to customers. We invert that — you talk, Luminote does the rest.
Under the hood: Mistral AI (Paris) for analysis and Voxtral for transcription in the cloud, plus local Whisper open source in the browser for sensitive meetings. No OpenAI, no GPT, no data sent across the Atlantic. Audio is not stored — it is processed in memory and disappears. What remains is what you actually need: a summary, action items, a MEDDIC update, a draft email to the customer, and risk signals on the deal.
Luminote integrates natively with 24 CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, Livespace, Firmao, Bitrix24 and more) in two-way mode — no migration, no change to your stack. Meeting outcomes, tasks, stage changes and alerts land where you work: in the CRM and on Slack (new task, signal score, deal at risk, follow-up, summary).
The interface is available in Polish, German and English (more languages in preparation). A 14-day trial with no card, no seat minimum — then Basic / Pro / Enterprise. GDPR ✓, EU-only, no Patriot Act, no CLOUD Act.
You operate in the EU and want standalone without a GTM bundle.
